9-2-2014  New Pictures uploaded showing the Pride Of Escondido during their recent band camp.  For two weeks the entire marching band and color guard practiced their basic skills and learned their new show for the coming season.  They worked hard and their efforts were rewarded during their first public performance at last Friday's home football game.  They did a great job and the crowd showed their appreciation.

9-7-2013 Grape Day Parade

The EHS Band performed at the Escondido Grape Day Parade on Grand Avenue, downton Escondido.  It was a great opportunity for Escondido residents to see the band from the oldest high school in town strut their stuff.

Grape Day started in 1908 as a way to celebrate Escondido's grape harvest and promote the city.  It flourished until 1950, and then was revived by the History Center in 1996.
